Returns can only be received by arrangement. Please email  details and we will issue authorisation for return.

Claims for shortages and damages goods must be made in writing (preferably by email) within three days of delivery. 

If your item has been lost or  has arrived faulty, or is incorrect, then please write (preferably by email) within three days.   We will then arrange the best course of action.

We sell products for multiple suppliers, if you are interested in returning one of your products please use the email address above.  We handle our returns on a case by case basis.  Please contact us to discuss the details of the return.

In all returns situations we recommend that you use a signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item as cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. To facilitate a speedy refund or replacement, please include a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return.
